Debriefing: A case study of the Little Red Hen

David Kessler, who specializes in PEM simulation Columbia University, recently wrote a post for the PEMNetwork.org blog on lessons on debriefing that we can learn from The Little Red Hen. Specifically, he notes several areas of improvement for The LRH when it comes to team leadership. Since Children's National has recently implemented post-resuscitation debriefing, I thought this quick read might spark some reflection.
